When I say tourist friendly I mean peoples willingness to help someone who may not speak their language, and if there are many unspoken etiquettes that foreigners many not know.
Context:
I’m travelling for the second time by myself but this will be the first time I’ll be alone in another country (my previous travels I always had someone I knew in the countries I went to). This time I will be travelling the UK and Iceland, and I was thinking of going to one mainland European country, I’ve ruled out France, Italy, Spain and Portugal (for other reasons) and would like to go to Switzerland.
Now consider that I’m not an asshole, I fully intend to research the country’s customs before going, but just wanna know people attitude towards foreigners and if I should hold off until I’ve traveled more.
