Sunrise contract 60 days notice, why?

Post Body

Good day everyone,

I contracted the plan "Swiss Travel" with Sunrise. At first sight it says that there is no commitment at all. I contracted the plan with one of their advisor through their chatbox. Now that I'm leaving Switzerland and want to cancel my plan, they told me that I have to give them a 60 days notice so basically paying 2 extra months. I wish the person would have told me this.
Meanwhile that I was unaware of this practice when contracting a no commitment plan, I'd like to know if this is normal practice here and if there is something I can do?
