Hi, as stated above, my Internet connection (host: green) got cut off 2 days ago. I called the hotline, they sent me a new router, but it still says TAE connection lost, please check the connection to your house.
I called the hotline again, they said that they can send a technician, but if he doesn't find anything, I have to pay the hours. I asked why they expect him to not find anything, they said the problem might be in the house (not in my flat), in which case I have to pay extra again, and if I want to they can send another technician for my house. Of course I declined, I will have to talk to my house owners first, but I am completely lost now, why wouldn't they help me?
I am pretty sure that I will terminate the contract with green, but it leaves me with 3 months without internet, and I cannot see why I should pay for a service I cannot use, or for a technician who repairs something I didn't break.
Is this even allowed? Do I have to pay? Do u have similar experience with green?
