Post Body

Hi all, I wanted to see if anyone has some familiarity with this am leaving switzerland and moving to Ireland. I plan to cash out the non mandatory portion of my pension accumulated here. One of the requested certificates is the civil status. I applied online to get this, but received a response saying there is no certificate available for me. When I dug a little deeper I saw some guidance online for canton bern stating that a certificate can only be issued if the foreign national has had an event that affected civil status ie..marriage, birth of child. Neither of which applies to me.... so I am confused how to proceed. Has anyone else had this? Thanks all!
