Hey First of all im ashamed to ask this here because im a Car mecanic myself I Just bought a 02 Forester Turbo and the Guy i bought it from said: There are no rust problems underneath it. Took the car home and on a Lift and voila the Sub frane is Totaly rosted thrue and you cant fixx that kind so its like your number plates need a new car situation. The question now is even tho on the contravt ist says "Ab Platz ohne Garantie" those defects arent "usual" and he clearly knew them because he was a Landmaschinenmech and the car was in a carage 3 amonths Prior. Thos Rust holes you just cant unsee when you jack up the car. Had contact with the seller and short he just said Fuck off

So whats are my options Im righting a Mänelrüge rn and will send it to him via Text and in a enrolled letter. But agter that what are my options? acan i go to the Police? I also habe the TCS rechtschutz but i dont know if they can help
