Has anybody gotten their dog a pet passport from Switzerland? How does one find an appropriate vet to issue this process if you don't live in Switzerland? Since I'm going to be on holiday for several months, I'd like to use this opportunity to get my dog a pet passport so future EU/Swiss travels will be easier.
