So I posted a while ago about the wife and her cleaning job with a certain company.. She's decided to part company with them, just so many problems both for her and the actual clients. Plus they've increased the fees and told the clients that the reason is to pay the cleaners more.. But they are not paying any more :-/ Clients pay nearly 40chf/h .. Cleaners get 20 of that.
Anyways .. She will go it alone with a handful of clients but we're thinking rather than have them all do their own legalities using quitt or similar, she could go sole proprietor and register that way with proper insurance and registration etc.
The clients she will have went with the company because they didn't want the hassle of doing quitt type stuff (yeah I know it's easy but hey)
Any gotchas here.? Register with the register of commerce / commune.. Get liability insurance,.. Invoice the clients and get paid? No need to TVA register since it's small money, no where remotely near the 100k limit for that.
