If (this is a big if) a certain individual were able to "stop time", essentially slowing the the passage of time to **almost** standstill, wouldn't they not be able to move or touch anything, since they would cause so much friction anything would instantly burst into flames?

Everything wouldn't burn immediately of course, but once time resumes, anything said person has touched (excluding air) would burst into flames. You would more or less be moving at an infinite speed (speed is defined as a distance over time, if time approaches zero, speed goes up immensely).
Maybe I'm wrong but I'm curious.
