How do Barr-bodies effect female clones?

I didn't want to hijack the other cloning thread, so here goes:

My understanding of females (limited as it is) is that one of the X chromosomes in the nucleus is inactivated and that the determination as to which chromosome is inactivated is random. So when you clone a female, would the clone not actually resemble the original female, as they would have a different assortment of activated DNA?
