Why does flying give me horrible gas?
Post Body

Whenever I fly on an airplane for any long distance I get horrible gas/frequent needs to take dumps for about 2 days afterwards. I always make jokes that I'm "decompressing" but I really don't see how that would explain it. Any insight and anything I can do to help it from happening, as I am a frequent traveler?
