What causes this neon glow bulb to flicker slightly when the power is disconnected from one side (AC power source)?
Post Body

Video is here, when you hear the click, a switch is being turned off, but the power source (DC-->AC power inverter) is still on.

I set up the circuit like this.

Any ideas how this is happening when one side of the circuit is totally severed?
