What physical changes does the body go through when adapting to a heavier gravitational environment?
Post Body

I was looking into the day to day lifestyle of astronauts and their physical regiment to simulate gravity in a weightlessness environment and it was pretty obvious if they didn't If they do not they tend to have low blood circulation, calcium deprivation to the bones, and rapid loss of muscle mass. However, what are the effects of a slightly higher gravitational pull? For example if we were able to land on Saturn (gas planet), what would happen to our bodies?
