Post Body
You've all heard of saying "this is just a phase". Many of us have certain "phases". Phases can be periods of strong interests, dedication to a hobby, or even adopting certain attitudes or worldviews. Defining features of phases is that they can strongly affect people's behavior, and also that they are in most cases temporary.
So what can psychology tell us about them? Could phases be seen as temporary personality changes?
Or there's a better framework for looking at them?
