I know of experiments such as Milgram's with following orders and the one buy Timothy Wilson with putting people in a room with nothing to do. There's one study I remember seeing but I can't seem to find it. They had subjects in a room with options for different levels of shock, and they thought there was another subject in the same scenario but in reality it was the researchers sending the shocks. The researchers would then see the reaction of the subjects to how hard of a shock they would give and for how long based on the one they received. I'm wondering if anyone can help me find this or let me know what is it if you do know. Also if you know about any other interesting electro shock experiments similar to these and would like to share go ahead!
