Is there a type of psychological practice or cert. that encourages practitioners to measure outcomes?

Context: I'm looking for a psychologist in CA, USA, in an urban area with lots of options but none of them have any data about their efficacy, nor do they indicate in their profiles that such data is collected or used by them to improve their practice.
Is this normal in the US? As I go through a list of 100 providers and search for information on each one, I see a lot of 'about me' and 'my practice areas' but nothing to indicate that they are actually proficient in their area, no peer review, no outcomes being measured, and so far, no indication that they do measure outcomes or otherwise do continuous improvement. This seems unlikely to be true, I sincerely believe I am missing something.
Question: Is there a therapeutic style. professional certification, or similar, that requires some form of measuring outcomes, or regular 360 reviews with patients or peer review of their practice? or is there a certification I can look for that shows the therapists participate in these kinds of practices? Maybe the information I am looking for is coded in specific certifications or practice areas or similar.
