Anyone know a local doctor that has experience with more aggressive treatment of HPV?

HPV = warts

M51. I'm with Kaiser and the Kaiser docs are pretty blase about the whole thing. Meanwhile I've been rejected twice this year because of it. I'm past the age cutoff for Gardisil and the docs I'm talking to are like "eh, keep treating it, it will probably go away eventually". The soonest I can get in to talk to a urologist at Kaiser is mid-August. Well it's been 2 years and a month now. It's reducing in frequency but I can't have unprotected sex with anyone until this is gone and it sucks. It's impacting my dating life dramatically and depressing me.

I'd also like to get Gardisil but I'm running into issues with that too because 1. doctors seem to think it's nbd 2. It's "off label" and I can't find a doctor that is willing to administer off-label. I've called Cascade AIDS Project and Planned Parenthood. Also talked to a dermatologist who treats HPV, a friend who is an APN (practically a doctor) and my regular doctor.

I'm not looking for advice on treatment, I've gotten plenty in r/HPV. If your answer is "don't worry about it, it's fine" just keep your advice to yourself because women don't think it's fine.
