I have a lot of dental issues, I haven't had a steak in years....let alone a good steak. Most are too tough for me to chew, but I remember about 18 years ago I went to this place in Detroit called Big Bear or Black Bear steakhouse. I ordered this dish that was basically chunks of steak in some sort of thick marinade/gravy that was mustard based and creamy, the steak was so tender that you barely needed to chew it and that gravy sauce or whatever it was, was amazing and I've never had anything comparable to that since then. Can someone point me in the right direction? It doesn't have to be steak chunks in a sauce lol, I just need a good steak that I can eat without feeling like my jaw is going to give out and obviously has flavor.
