Best PC rebuilding and repair place/person?

My hard drive is about to kick the bucket I think. I've been meaning to upgrade overall though because it's just so slow for what I need it to do and I fear I may need to replace all the parts. Last time I tried to get it repaired, it took a whole month just for a couple parts! I don't know if that's normal or not for a shop, but I'd like to get it done quicker than that if possible. Who is your custom PC shop/person/go to and why?
