I will be new to Vancouver, Washington soon and was wondering if you buy in huge bulk at Costco in Portland, do they report those purchases to the IRS? Because, even if you paid in cash, Costco has your membership info. I know there is that use tax that you're suppose to report... but c'mon... unless it's a monster purchase like a car or boat or something, does anyone really report that?
