I am looking for recommendations & preferably first hand experience for cleaning services.

I never in a million years would have thought finding a cleaning service would be so hard - but folks aren't calling back, online registration is also going unanswered.

I have two friends who need their homes cleaned regularly. One with a cat, one on the east side & one on the west close in. Both places are under - 1,200 sq ft. Service needs to be licensed & insured. Every two weeks is ideal.
