I'm having a heck of a time with some complexes being willing to provide me the screening criteria or making me jump through ridiculous hoops to get it while others have it directly on their website.
For some reason, I thought there was a requirement for complexes to provide it but it seems like some of these places it's next to impossible.
We don't have a ton of housing barriers (in fact, just 1) so we want to view the screening criteria before going on a tour.
If it is required, any tips on wording to get it or any other suggestions?
