Post Body

Times are tight and I need to make a dent in my mortgage. For those of you who've offered to rent part of your land to someone with a tiny home or RV -- how much did you charge?

For a bit more context:

  • House is on the corner of a quiet street (and a bike boulevard)
  • Located in SE Portland near the soon to reopen Community Center
  • Double lot with plenty of space, easy access to move it via a driveway
