Hi, All. I'm blessed to have to pay taxes, but have a really hard time figuring it out. I have a small business and a small rental. I cannot, for the life of me, get a local tax professional to return an inquiry. I want to pay them to deal with all of it, but can't find anyone, so, DIYing it. Might write a zine on it if I figure it out.
This is what I know so far:
Art tax--easy one.
The rental needs to be registered with the Housing Bureau. It needs Form R. I think this goes with the city tax return?
Trimet tax. Is this on the business and rental?
City business tax for the business and rental. This is confusing. I don't know where or how to pay it.
Multnomah County Suppotive Housing and Preschool for All income tax for income over a threshold.
Do businesses need to file 1099s with the city and county as well as the state?
Are there any more?
Sorry if this is annoying, I'm just really overwhelmed and bad at this kind of stuff.
