Hi Folks! I’m new to living in Portland & the pacific north west in general, and it’s going to be our first winter with a 15 month old. Coming from a warm temperate climate most of my life, I am seeking some advice for what are the must haves for toddlers in the winter in Portland? Any advice and recommendations for your go tos in anything and everything rain gear and winter wear would be amazing for us!

Also if there are any recommended second hand outdoor clothing shops that seek kids clothing!
