Are there Dance Programs with Volunteer Opportunities in Portland?

I'm a pop and hip-hop dance enthusiast and I'm looking for PDX dance programs or groups where adult relative beginners can contribute time. I'm particularly interested in volunteer opportunities, but my priority is finding a place where I can dance and grow my skills. Ideally, I'm looking for programs or organizations that don't require paying a lot to participate. Any recommendations or advice on where to look would be greatly appreciated!
