Need help with renovation. Husbands cousin died last year. House empty since the. We came from TX to help elderly Aunt try to update this diamond in the rough. It’s in Rose Park City area / Hollywood District. We have a small budget but the window we cannot fix. Also if anyone just has design advice that would be SO HELPFUL!!!! If you have an eye for design interior colors etc and especially landscape. We need the advice!!!
