Any safe parks?

I'm new to PDX, just moved from LA! I Used to do a Saturday sale at my local park, where I had $20-$30 mystery bags with vintage clothing, t-shirts, rock tees, 90's, denim, sometimes outerwear. Nothing crazy. But generally I would go through about 30-45 bags. I also saw a dude with his gf just on the sidewalk kind of doing the same with no problem. And I was just wondering if there were any safe parks as far as crime goes that I might be able to do the same. The thing is that I don't drive so, I'm usually hauling all of the stuff. Just don't wanna be somewhere that someone slick might try to steal if I'm distracted.

Btw. I live in the Lloyd Center area.
