Me and my roommates have been asking our landlord to do repairs for over a year now, I would move, but the rent is ridiculously cheap and we can't really afford higher. Can I legally withhold rent since he isn't holding up his end of the lease? Can I get a plumber in here and charge the landlord for the repairs?
