"Historicists" who criticize Lacanians?

I've heard some people criticize Lacanian psychoanalysis roughly in the manner described in this blurb for Read My Desire. I do plan to read Copjec eventually and figure out who she's attacking, but I'm also curious to know ahead of time and also perhaps in case there are good names in this literature since Copjec's book.
TL;DR who are the historicists who criticize Lacanians?
