Hello!
I’m just wondering if undergrad philosophy research is even a thing, and if so how I can get involved. I want to apply to law schools in the next few years (sophomore) and noticed that a lot of schools weigh academic achievement including research pretty highly. Majoring in PHIL I want to get involved. I also think it would be a fun venture.
I just don’t know where to start/how to prepare. Do I just come up with a question I want to find the answer to and read various texts on the subject to create a line of logic with faculty sponsorship? Do I need to go a more technical route? If so, what is it? Is there any published undergrad Phil journals I could check out to get a better idea? Thank you! Hope you’re having a great day and thanks for taking the time to help me out!!
TLDR: what does undergrad philosophy research look like? How can one pursue it?
