how is dialectic, being synthetic apriori, possible?

what is the ground for dialectical thinking? does hegel think dialectics is fundamental structure of reality?
and where can we apply it? it seems like very specific concepts are applicable to dialectics (concept of Being, Nothing, Becoming etc). In 3rd chapter of phenomenology he seemed to think concept of force is dialectical (electromagnetic forces divideding into positive and negative etc)
