Is Camus a philosopher?
Post Body
So Iâve delved into Camusâ more and philosophical work such as Rebel Man and the myth of Sisyphus, and though he might not have the rigor of a Being and Time, I appreciate greatly his insights. Iâve noticed that he falls into the same grey area as Kierkegaard in regards to his work actually being âphilosophicalâ. My question is whether or not he is considered or ârespectedâ academically as a source for philosophical insight.
