I've had this thought for a while that I'm sure it's not unique. I want to learn more but I don't know what this type of reasoning is called. It goes like this: much like apes can't understand everything we understand even given infinite time, do we not grasp certain concepts just because our minds aren't evolved enough to do so? As a result it's futile to debate or try to reason on our own big questions like the meaning of life. Instead we should focus on creating higher order intelligence in the hope that it can see above our level of understanding. I want to know what this line of reasoning is called. Thanks!
