I just got home from the ER. I woke up this morning and was laying around in bed, the pain was sudden and extreme, I started puking a lot and was very dizzy. Took an ambulance ride to a hospital that I trust. They did blood, urine and a CT scan. The doctor said it was likely a rupture, but she couldn’t be sure as I didn’t have any bleeding and they sent me home, I was probably there for 3 hours.
I got home about an hour ago and I have started spotting. I called the ER back and spoke with my nurse, who talked to my doctor. She told me to just follow up with my OBGYN.
I’ve had them rupture before but I’ve never had spotting before till now. Is this normal? Am I okay? I don’t want to go back (it’s over an hour drive one way) but I’m worried. I’m not in much pain, and earlier it was excruciating. I feel fine, just tired and cramps. Period isn’t due for another week and a half.
