I have never received any formal education in music and thus i cannot communicate what i like about "High hopes" by Pink Floyd. Care to help?
Post Body

Hello Musicians.

So, for a good few years no i am enthralled by the beforementioned song, i love it in its entirety. However, when i try to tell anyone what i love about it i begin to spew gibberish because- no education, no singing skills (so i never hit the tone i intend to) and... damn i cannot communicate.

so, the peak magic for me starts after 1:06 . You can hear rythmical low sounds played on.. piano? another instrument? group of instruments? Dunno. It sounds unclean. somehow discordant, not fitting with each other well. Something no composer would put in their piece or a musician would only play as a fuck up of sorts, at least in my opinion.

and yet it is perfect. perfect for expressing what song is about. nostalgia, sadness over the decay of something that was once whole or was seen as such. the general haggard, disillusioned "Dang".

Now that i have made a fool of myself sharing my gibberish- how to express that i adore this thing in a way that would actually communicate it to someone who is not a musical ignoramus?

thank you for your patience.

EDIT: there is so much more to this song that i love, it really has a lot going on, but let's start with that thing.
