Formula to determine percentage when both numbers are increasing?

Post Body

I'm playing a game where my current win percentage is 96% (it is rounded to a whole number, no decimals). I have played 62 games and won 60 of them. I keep playing and winning, and I honestly don't even know how I lost two games, because I can always close the game and come back to it later. I must have chosen to give up to get a new hand. I expect to win every game from here on out.

I keep wanting to calculate how many games I have to play and win to get to each next level of win percentage (97%, 98%, 99%). I have the sense that this is actually a fairly easy formula but I can't conceptualize what it would be. Can anyone tell me? And does it change depending on where I started (e.g. 60/62, rather than say 70/72)? Lastly what kind of math is this? Is it advanced algebra or something else?

Thank you!
