Question about prime endings.

2 and 5 are both prime but no other number ending in 2 or 5 can ever be prime, are there any other primes for which this is true? I know in this case this is because the base 10 is divisible by 2 and 5.

In otherwords, will every prime other than 2 and 5 appear on the end of a larger prime? And if it will is the number of times this happens for a given prime finite or infinite.
