Very long and hard question

The number A=21998's first digit gets removed and gets written in the last digit in its decimal number system and that number is called B.|A-B|'s (the absolute value of A-B) sum of digits is a,a's sum of digits is b,b's sum of digits is c,whats the sum of digits of c?
My native language is not english so it was really hard for me to translate the question,sorry if its hard to understand lol.I am seeing this type of question for the first time so i dont even know what to do to solve it.Thanks in advance.
