ratio test for product of series - i have computed a Laurent series for a function and now need to find the region of convergence, details below

the question is to find the Laurent series for the given function f(z), i understand it all except the part for where the ROC's are stated, i am going to apply the ratio test to find them, though im a bit stuck as to when theres a product of 2 series as such.

my assumption is to use the modulus of a_{n 1, m 1} / a_{n, m} (where it is <1)

is this correct? can someone please point me to a resource for this? i cant seem to find anything, thank you!
