Hi, I just need a few clarifications on the last paragraph of this section. By |z| does the book means turning all the negative components of z positive or taking the magnitude/length of this vector? Also how did they get the inequality |Az|≤A|z|. The triangle inequality I'm accustomed to is this: ||v w||≤||v|| ||w|| where v and w are vectors. I cannot relate this to the inequality presented in the book.
