How would you find a range for this function?

heyy, I know I posted a similar question for this but I think this is a better example. So in the previous question I've been told that the domains for sin is between -1 and 1, so I should use that to find the range. But how about this question?
Is this just trial and error? Is that really the only way, or is there a better and a much faster method? I thought this would be between (-infinity, infinity) but that's not an option.
