So I’m the admin services manager (essentially Exec admin office manger a bunch of other things)
I’ve now been publicly tasked with (and compensated for) correcting our work culture by the CEO.
So um... yeah. I have been given permission to coach C levels on how to improve their behavior including the person I report to and approved my pto.

I need some type of transparency/accountability rubric .
I’m just terrified but this experience can change my career trajectory forever.
