Letter head for a letter of rec for a former colleague
Post Body

Hello! I have the privilege of writing a letter of rec for my former colleague. I have written many in the past, what I am puzzled about is which letter head I should use. Here's my position: I am writing a letter for a former colleague for a job position at my current place of employment. Should I use a letter head from that former position, indicating my job title as "former...etc." or should I use the letter head for my current job-- or perhaps no letter head at all? What would be most correct? If it helps: she is applying to a different department from where I work, so I don't think me being a current employee will have much bearing. Thank you!
