Are there any other languages like Nahuatl that use an Absolutive?

In nahuatl nouns take a suffix called an absolutive like in Xocitl, Axolotl or Chocolatl. I always thought this was a really beautiful feature, but are there any other languages across the world that employ something similar upon their nouns?
