If there were an issue the state legislature were considering and a bunch of people were writing them about their concerns, say one or several of them said they were not in favor of it, the issue was unpopular and only stood to benefit the few at the expense of the many. If one of them were to write something along the lines of what i state below. Could it be seen as making threats?

“I can not imagine how difficult a decision this must be for you to make right now in such tumultuous times. I do not envy you. You are dedicating years of your life to serve your country and the citizens of this great state in such a thankless elected office.

Decisions like this one would weigh heavily on me, especially in after the tragedy that has befallen Mr. Thomson and his poor family by that handsome lunatic who decided Brian’s pockets had been lined too much. Regardless of your decision I want to thank you for your service and urge you and your family to please be safe. Long are the days when folks could be civil and have a discussion where the parties can be fundamentally at odds and still reach some sort of compromise and agreement. Instead we find immense polarization and vitriolic behaviors to one another. It’s a terrible thing to have these vigilantes out here believing they are judge, jury and executioner. And worse still the populace rejoicing when a man lost his life over a little bit of greed. Whatever your decision, God bless and have a happy holidays. Or something as simple as just mentioning Brian Thompson’s name could that be construed as implying they may meet the same fate?
