Statue of Limitations? US

Okay, so two years ago when I was underage I got sexually explicit and threatening messages from an adult male. He has continued to sexually harass and groom women and children online (I know because their families and they themselves have contacted me online). Is the statute of limitations up, can I still make a formal complaint even though I am no longer a child? Please help, this guy has been planning on finding and hurting a child. Going as far as finding the address for an underage girl and sending her mail. He knows where she lives, he can travel to her and hurt her.
