I have found that people are making fun of the Cuban, Dominican and Puerto Rican accents. They say those accents are hard to understand.
I donβt think that is 100% true. I live in the US, and I interact with many Hispanics over here. They have never had any trouble understanding my accent.
None speaks better Spanish than others. However, the Dominican Republic was the first Spanish settlement in America, so the language starts here.
