Countries like the US and Canada are of course embrace individual in many ways where as places like Japan and China are more collective thinking. Europe is somewhere in the middle.
Japanese actually have a saying that goes “the nail that sticks out gets hammered in the hardest”.
I would assume being Latin America is very diverse you would have countries that are more religious like Paraguay be more collective and less religious like Uruguay be individual.
Or maybe I’m wrong? I remember in Argentina every guy had the same mullet haircut.
