Japanese Dish Cooked on Tin Foil?
Post Body

A long time ago, when I was a child, we have a Japanese neighbor, she was a nice lady and she became friends with my parents.

I remember one time she shared a dish with us, I do not remember many details, but I remember she told us that it was fish and that it was wrapped in tinfoil, and that they normally cooked it under the sun.

Does this sound familiar to anyone?
