So my roommate and his girl have 3 dogs. I can take pictures for proof but i don’t feel like getting up but we stay in a duplex and whenever they take their dogs out they just put these mfs on a chain outside in the front and they shit and piss so our whole area just smells like shit when walking out the door or walking up which is the main reason i don’t invite people, especially females because thats a bad first impression and ive told him once before to clean it uo and didnt listen. Been dealing with this for 5 years. This last time i cut the grass l i picked up so much shit and didn’t even get a thank you for it. Now my roommate we been friends since high school but how can I report this or something. Because seems like every time i voice-my opinion people tend to think i have a attitude or something which is why im so solo and quiet not wanting to step on any toes
